The Dental Association of Thailand Participates in the 100th Anniversary Celebration of the Korean Dental Association

From April 11–13, 2025, the Dental Association of Thailand had the honor of attending the centennial celebration of the Korean Dental Association (KDA), held in Seoul, South Korea.

This year marks a significant milestone for the KDA as it celebrates its 100th anniversary since its establishment. In recognition of this historic occasion, dental professionals and representatives from various countries were invited to join the celebration. The Dental Association of Thailand was among the honored international participants.

Dr. Adirek Sriwattanawongsa was specially invited to attend the event as a distinguished guest and served as a speaker on April 12, 2025. He delivered a lecture on the topic:
"Oral Health Policies and Visions for the Elderly in the Era of 100-Year Life."

Representing the Dental Association of Thailand at the event were:

• Associate Professor Dr. Siriwimon Srisawat, President

• Dr. Chawalit Kanjanaopaswong, Secretary-General

• Assistant Professor Dr. Ekkachai Chunhacheevachaloke, Chair of the International Affairs Committee

Their presence reflected the close relationship between the two associations and the mutual commitment to advancing oral health on a global scale.
