The Dental Association of Thailand was invited as an honored guest by the Malaysian Dental Association to participate in MIDEC 2025 from August 8-10, 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Dental Association of Thailand appointed Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suchit Pooltong as the representative of the Association President to attend the conference and serve as a keynote speaker on the topic "Reduction Of Free Sugar Intake For Better Oral And General Health – Policy And Implementation" at the NDA Forum, which is a platform for exchanging knowledge on policies and practical implementation to promote oral health and overall public health.

Additionally, Dr. Chawalit Kanchanaopaswong, Secretary-General of the Association, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ekchai Chunhacheevacholoke, Chairman of International Affairs, also participated in this conference. The participation in this event was conducted successfully and helped strengthen relationships and good cooperation between the dental professional organizations of both countries.
