The Dental Association of Thailand Attends CDAMEX 2025 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
The Dental Association of Thailand was honored to be invited by the Cambodian Dental Association to participate in CDAMEX 2025, held from March 20–21, 2025, at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel & Residence, Cambodia.
In recognition of the strong and enduring friendship between Thailand and Cambodia, the Cambodian Dental Association extended an invitation to the Dental Association of Thailand to join the conference. CDAMEX 2025 welcomed representatives from numerous national and international dental associations, with Thailand proudly among the invited participants.
Associate Professor Dr. Siriwimon Srisawat, President of the Dental Association of Thailand, attended the event alongside Dr. Chawalit Kanjanaopaswong, Secretary-General.
The conference was organized in a hybrid format, combining both onsite and online participation. Some lectures were delivered in English by international speakers, although the majority of the sessions were conducted in Khmer.
The first day of the conference featured an official opening ceremony, followed by a welcome reception in the evening. During the reception, the Dental Association of Thailand presented a commemorative gift and delivered congratulatory remarks on this special occasion. The reception also introduced the new President of the Cambodian Dental Association, Dr. Tak Ranuch, who succeeded Dr. Soeng Kimsan following the completion of his term.
In addition to the scientific sessions, the event included an exhibition showcasing dental products from various companies and a cultural activity featuring a visit to Cambodia’s historical museum, offering attendees a chance to learn and relax outside of the formal program.
The Dental Association of Thailand was delighted to take part in this significant regional event and looks forward to further strengthening its collaboration and joint initiatives with the Cambodian Dental Association in the future.
